Return Policy

We aim to please and have a reasonable return policy. Returns are accepted as follows.

1. You must call (815-904-3277) or email us (service@highcalibercreations.com) for an authorization code within thirty days of the purchase date. This gives plenty of time for any custom jewelry to be made and shipped to you, as well as time for you to review your product. Products returned to us without an authorization code will not be refunded.

2. Once you have been given an authorization code, the product must be postmarked and shipped to us within ten days.

3. For your protection as well as ours, please make sure to INSURE YOUR PACKAGE or USE A TRACKING NUMBER and mail to High Caliber Creations, P.O. Box 1801, Belvidere, IL 61008.  We cannot refund your product if we don’t receive it back.

4. Once we receive your product, we will refund you fully in the manner and amount that you paid for the product. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping amount, only the product amount. (Of course, if the return is due to an error on our part, then we will refund the shipping also. )

5.  PLEASE NOTE: For obvious reasons, products with personalized engraving can NOT be refunded unless there was a mistake made by us. Therefore, please be careful when ordering engraved products and be sure the correct spacing, wording, spelling and punctuation is used, as well as preferred upper and/or lower case letters. We will engrave EXACTLY as requested.  Also, be sure to order the correct caliber and case (brass versus nickel plated).
