SHIPPING INFORMATION-Please read before placing an order

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• We cannot be held responsible for packages that were damaged or lost by the USPS. Once your package is accepted by the USPS for shipping, it is out of our control. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you pay for insurance at checkout and we will use that money to purchase insurance for your package when we ship it. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to contact your local post office to collect the insurance money. We regret that we cannot replace items that are lost or damaged by the USPS unless you repurchase them.
• Depending on what type of shipping you paid for, most packages from High Caliber Creations will arrive at your door in a white plastic bag or USPS Priority Mail box. 
• If you need your order by a certain time or are in a rush, please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate your request. Express mail may be a valuable option to you in that case.
• If you do order express overnight shipping, there is no guarantee of same day shipping. Many items still need to be custom made or engraved, which takes time. We do make every effort to get an order ready for shipment as quickly as possible and at times can ship the same day. Express shipping is not a money-maker for us. When the order is ready, we do use the extra money that you paid to us to ship it to you overnight via USPS overnight express mail. Please contact us if you have a rush order and explain your timeline to us. We will do our very best to accommodate your request. Again, please do not assume it will ship the same day you order.
• Finally, if this is a gift and you do not want the invoice enclosed, but prefer a note to the recipient, we can do that.  Just shoot us an email or put instructions in the customer notes at checkout. Otherwise, a delivery invoice will be enclosed with your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :  

•  Customs laws vary in each individual country.  It is possible that you will have to pay an additional customs fee in  your country before you can receive your package. If you do not know the laws of your country, please educate yourself about those laws before placing an order. It is out of our control as to whether you will have to pay a custom’s fee in your country.
•  By purchasing an item from our site, you are releasing High Caliber Creations from any liability and are verifying that YOU, the customer, are responsible for knowing your country’s custom’s laws. 
• Please be aware that once your item leaves the United States, we have no control over when it will arrive at your door. Occasionally, packages get caught up in customs and we have no control over that. If you choose USPS First Class International and your item is processed by the USPS but does not arrive at your destination, High Caliber Creations cannot be responsible for reimbursement. We recommend paying the extra money for USPS International Priority Mail which will insure your items.
