While we will make every attempt to ship orders so that they are received by Christmas Eve, we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery on any order placed after December 4. If you order after this date and want to receive your order by Christmas, please let us know. While there is no guarantee, we will try to accommodate your request. Due to the current ammunition shortage and/or significant increases in the cost of ammunition components, some items that are currently listed on our website may not be available. We are in the process of updating our website to reflect any changes in availability, but it takes time since we have so many products.

In some cases, we will need to substitute with a similar component (for example, a hollow point bullet instead of a full metal jacket bullet). If we do need to substitute, we will contact you via email to get your approval.

In extreme cases, certain calibers are scarce or unavailable. If this happens, we will refund your order. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and will update our website as quickly as possible. Thank you.

The holiday season for 2020 brought a large volume of custom orders. We anticipate the same in 2021. Therefore, we recommend that you order your holiday gifts as soon as possible, even though the holiday season seems far off. This year, we have made the decision to close down the business from December 6, 2021 through January 3, 2022. While the website will be up and running, we will not be working in our studio. Any orders placed after November 30, 2021 will not be processed until January 2022. We apologize for ay inconvenience but have decided to enjoy our family and the holidays this year.

If you place an order in December and it is intended to be a Christmas gift, please inform us of that and we will do our best to get it to you by Christmas. If we are unable to do so, you will receive beautiful gift certificates that you can give to your gift recipients. They will then receive their products in January of 2021.
